How payment works
Reserve your place without overcommitting
Pay a proportional seat deposit or settle your tuition in full. Every amount is shown before Stripe checkout.
- Step 1
Secure your seat
A 10% deposit holds your place in the cohort, subject to a $100 minimum and $300 maximum. It counts toward tuition and is fully refundable until the decision deadline.
- Step 2
Choose how to pay the balance
Pay the remainder in full for 5% off, or spread it over up to 3 monthly instalments with a 7% fee. This is also the point your deposit stops being refundable.
- Step 3
Start learning
Your seat is confirmed once the deposit clears. Access opens the day the cohort begins, and any remaining instalments continue on schedule.

Pay 10% of your selected package, from $100 to $300. It is credited against tuition; the remaining balance is due before your cohort starts.
Spread the cost
Pay monthly
Pay the deposit, then spread the balance over up to 3 monthly payments with a 7% instalment fee. Anyone can choose it, no credit check.

Pay tuition in full
Settle your selected package at checkout and save 5%. Your receipt shows the original tuition, discount and final amount.
Changed your mind? Your seat deposit is fully refundable until 30 days before your cohort starts. That same date is when you must choose instalments or pay in full. See the terms for full eligibility.

Does every Upkora Academy programme cost the same?
No. Tuition is set per programme and reflects its duration, technical labs, instruction and support package.
Does the seat deposit increase my tuition?
No. The seat deposit is credited toward the tuition for your selected programme and package.
Can I pay my tuition in full?
Yes. Eligible programmes offer a 5% full-payment discount, shown before checkout.
Is career support mandatory?
No. Where available, career support is an optional, clearly priced package with no salary contribution.
